1. Agreement Between You and Clark County Rentals.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors and users of this website. By accessing this website, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions and abides accordingly. If these Terms and Conditions are violated in any manner, Castle Advertising, Inc. ("Clark County Rentals") reserves the right to seek all remedies available by law for such violations.
2. General Use Provisions; and Copyright.
All Works on this website, including all text, designs, graphics, logos, images, information, documents, products and services, software, and the arrangement, display and selection of all said Works are the copyrighted works of Clark County Rentals. Neither Clark County Rentals nor any of its owners, management, employees, agents, or vendors will be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages of any kind arising out of the use of this website or any Clark County Rentals product, or damages from the use of or reliance on the information present on this website, even if Clark County Rentals has been notified of the possibility of damages.

Clark County Rentals reserves the right in its sole discretion to improve, change or remove any information or content appearing on the website. Clark County Rentals may discontinue or change any part or all aspects of the website without notice.
12. Alteration of These Terms of Use.
Clark County Rentals reserves the right to change the terms, conditions and notices at any time. Alteration of this contract will be deemed effective upon publication on the website with respect to any Renters or Lessor actions, communications or transactions occurring after said date. It is your responsibility to check terms and conditions of this Agreement at the time of each use.
13. Severability.
If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations stated above, then the invalid stipulation will be deemed outdated by a valid stipulation that most closely matches the intent of the original stipulation and the remainder of the agreement shall remain in effect. Clark County Rentals does not render legal or professional advice to either its Renter or Lessor customers.
14. General.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Clark County, Nevada, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not ad hear to all provisions of these terms and conditions presented by Clark County Rentals.
15. Listing A Property.
After listing a property in our database, if the listing has not been paid for within 72 hours the listing will be deleted from our database.
16. Corporate Late Fees And Cancellation Policy.
If you have a corporate monthly account or contract and you are late on your payment you will be charged a $150.00 late fee. All corporate monthly and monthly accounts must be paid in full by the 25th. of each month by 1:00 P.M Pacific Standards Time. If payment is not received by the 5th. of the month your entire account will be deactivated from the public side and held in our database until payment issues are resolved. If not resolved any monies owed to Clark County Rentals will be sent the our collection agency immediately and or court procedures will begin.
If you would like to cancel or change your corporate monthly account to a pay per property account you must call our office before the 15th. of the month so we can change your account. If you change your monthly account to a pay per listing account than the listings in your account are no longer any good and you will need to be reactivated your listings and account to pay per listing.
If your account has not been cancelled or changed by the 15th. of the month you are responsible for the balance for the following month. Meaning if you have a monthly account you may cancel your account anytime before the 15th. of the month. If you have not canceled before the 15th. of the month. When you receive your invoice and if you decide to cancel you are responsible to pay for that full amount of that invoice which includes late fees or violations of posting fees. There are no exceptions and all sales are final. Contracts stay in effect until we recieve a written document stating that you are cancelling and it must be mailed and received by us no later than the 1st. of any given month.
You will not be able to login to your account due to non payment.
We have the right to keep all information posted on our sites until payment is resolved or to keep us in the search engines.
We also have the right that if a visitor comes to an account that is not paid for.
To post a public announcement that this account is not active because of non payment.
If an account is cancelled for this reason.
We will post on our sites.
That, you the poster cancelled your account due to you feel you do not have to follow our terms of use and did not like the late fee charge or posting violation fees according to our terms of use violated.
We also have the right to display information pertaining about the poster if they feel that they do not have abide by our terms of use, including that they feel that they do not have to pay any late fees or posting violation fees and canceling purposely for late fee or posting violation fees or simply not abiding by our terms of use.
No company should suffer damages due to non payment, late payments, punishing the advertising company due to posters neglect and or violations of terms of use.

This had to be added to our terms of use because of abuse on monthly accounts.
If you feel that our UNLIMITED monthly advertising account is to much money.
With the average weekly rate of $62.25 a week.
The monthly average rate of $199.00, $249.00 and $369.00.
You need to find another way to advertise.
A campaign that works is ALWAYS LESS EXPENSIVE than one that doesn't.
This prices mentioned above excludes any and all types of rental listing services and other posters that are consider to be a different type of poster. As there fees are higher.
It is your responsibility that you make sure you are up to date on Our Terms Of Use. If you are using our services that you make yourself aware of our terms of use. We have the right to change them at anytime. There are also terms of use after you login to your account. It is your responsibility to make sure you know about them and or also your database entry person.
17. Our Sales Policy.
All sales are final, there are no refunds of any kind.
There are no exceptions of any kind. All credit cards with accounts will be charged between through 15th. and the 25th. of each month. If you would like to cancel our service for any reason you must give a 30 day notice and are responsible for all fees.
18. Termination.
The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to pursue all of its legal remedies, including but not limited to deletion of your postings from this Web Site and immediate termination of your registration with or ability to access the Web Site and/or any other service provided to you by the Company, upon any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions or if the Company is unable to verify or authenticate any information you submit to the Web Site.
19. Review, Remove or Take.
The Company reserves the right to review and remove, or take any other action with respect to user-submitted content and communications that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion. The Company has no liability or responsibility to users for performance or nonperformance of any such actions. The Company also reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the Web Site for violating either the letter or the spirit of these Terms and Conditions or violating any applicable law or regulation.
20. User Registration and Password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any password you may receive. You are responsible for all uses of your password, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to notify the Company immediately of any unauthorized use of your password.

Take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Web Site's infrastructure.

If you have a password that allows access to any non-public area of the Web Site, disclose to or share your password with any third party or use your password for any unauthorized purpose. 32. Engine And Software.
Use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent or other device or mechanism (including without limitation browsers, spiders, robots, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the Web Site other than the search engine and search agents available from the Company on the Web Site and other than generally available third-party web browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer).
33. Disassemble.
Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any of the software comprising, or in any way making up, any part of the Web Site.
34. Login.
Access any content not intended for your use or log into a server or account that you are not authorized to access.
35. Listings-No Sharing Or Favors.
Each listing is for one property only, ads for multiple homes in one advertising listing is not allowed. No one may ad a listing to an unlimited advertising account for a friend or for a favor. The Listing must be the advertiser?s owners listing. If violated in anyway the account will be terminated without a refund and listings not owned by the advertiser owner will be paid in full to Clark County Rentals. All monies owed for advertising a property for another not paid for will be sent to collections. Words not allowed in ads are Rent To Own, Lease To Own, For Sale, Leasing Programs Ect.
We are strictly an advertising listing service for Las Vegas rental
properties.
36. Duplicate Listings.
No duplicate listings, do not list a home twice!
37. Accurate Information.
Your listing must reflect accurate information about the property.
38. Registration Information.
Your registration must reflect accurate information. No bad words allowed.
39. Responding To E-mails.
You must reply to any and all inquires by email within a reasonable amount of time.
40. Corporate Photos
Corporate accounts must ad pictures to there listings within 5 business days of posting the ad. Front views only are fine if you are not able to get inside photos. Just as long as you post a front view of the property within 5 business days of listing the property.
41. You May Not Solicit Business.
You may not Solicit Business. You may not promote any products or services of any kind threw Castle Advertising, Inc. (Clark County Rentals). Advertisers may not be contact unless it is concerning the renting or managing of a property. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity for Willful Solicitation. Castle Adverting, Inc. will pursue all legal action against Willful Solicitation and seek all statutory damages and recover all lost profits as well as all profits you derived from soliciting business threw our company. Solicitation of any kind is forbidden. Actions that contravene these prohibitions will result in civil and or any criminal liability available by law.
42. You May Not Remove Images Or Text From This Site.
Pictures and information may be downloaded and printed by individuals for locating and renting properties only! Images, pictures, photos and text of any kind may not be removed from this site. You may not remove any content from this site. Even with written or verbal permission from the advertiser. All content, images, pictures, photos and text on this site are owned by Castle Advertising, Inc. and may not be used for any other purpose except for purposes of viewing, locating or renting properties. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity and will pursue all legal action against such.
43. Security Actions.
Security Actions that contravene these prohibitions or that otherwise compromise the security of the Web Site or the Company?s system or network may result in civil or criminal liability. The Company will investigate suspected compromises of its security, may take any action it deems necessary or appropriate in response to any contravention of these prohibitions or in response to security compromises, and may cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such compromises and/or violations.
44. Feedback - Testimonials.
Feedback, Testimonials, Compliments and Letters that have been submitted to Castle Advertising becomes our property. We have the right to publish its content. We may continue to use the content as long as we would like, or remove its content at anytime on any of our sites without your permission. Once the information has been submitted to us. It becomes our property and we do not have to remove the content. This does not include property listings.
Property listings may be removed at your request at anytime.
45. To Cancel Your Monthly Account
If you do not have a year contract and are solely on a month to month basis with us. You must send us a letter in writing of why you wish to terminate your monthly account. This must be received by mail 5 business days before the 21st. of any month. You will then be contacted by phone to review you request and resolve any issues.
THIS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED!
To use a rental property listing advertisement for commercial or company advertising or any other promotional display, except for in the fields provided in the form for a company logo and/or company website link. No virtual tour links by another virtual tour company are allowed on any listing on any of our sites. As, Clark County Rentals now owns its own virtual tour company. Therefore we do not promote the product for another company.
46. Removing Listings It is your responsibility the advertiser to mark properties rented or sold and mark them deactivated in order for the database to remove your content from the publics view. All content must be up to date on all properties. You must mark properties rented or sold and deactivate them within two business days. If your listings are not up to date you will be charged $37.50 for each listing for every 45 days. Visitors do not come to our site to see properties that are not available.
47.View Source.You may not in anyway view our source. By right clicking or in any other way.
48. Uploading Multiple Listings. Advertisers may not in anyway find a way to enter or break into our site or database to upload multiple listings at a time. You are allowed to login to your account and add one property at a time. Castle Advertising, Inc. reserves all rights and remedies available by law and equity and will pursue all legal action against such.
Castle Advertising, Clark County Rentals, or 123RentAHome.com strictly prohibits any company or individual from creating an active unlimited account and placing ads on the site not directly owned or managed by the listing company or individual. You further agree that any violation of this policy will result in the right of Castle Advertising, Clark County Rentals, or 123RentAHome.com to charge appropriate additional fees per violation with a minimum of an additional $37.50 fee per listing for the time periods each property was listed under your unlimited plan that was NOT owned or managed by you or your company at the time.
Any use of the "Run till it Rents if and when available" plan for more than one individual property or for apartments is strictly prohibited.
No refunds will be given after a property listing is or has been activated live on any of our sites. All sales are final. No refunds there are no exceptions.
You further agree that any violation of this policy will result in you owing to Castle Advertising, Clark County Rentals, or 123RentAHome.com the appropriate additional fees per violation and that we may at anytime deactivate your listings and account with no refund due to any violations or terms of use.
Under all advertising plans, you further agree to deactivate any property that becomes rented and is no longer available immediately or within two (2) days of the time the property rents!
Castle Advertising, Clark County Rentals, or 123RentAHome.com has the right to charge an additional $37.50 per month fee for any rented property not deactivated on our website correctly.
By submitting any form on this site with your contact information, including name, telephone number, address and or email address, you are consenting that any of our authorized to contact you even if your name is on the Federal "Do Not Call List".
We tolerate NO pirating or unauthorized coping of text, codes, graphics, formats, design elements, ect. from any of our sites. Server legal action taken against all offenders. All content is copyright.
By choosing any of Castle Advertising, Clark County Rentals, or 123RentAHome.com advertising plans, you hereby agree to abide by the guidelines as set forth above for all advertising plans. All sales are final.
No refunds of any kind. There are no exceptions.
